Desc: We spent our Memorial day weekend rescuing 2 day old puppies from a drainage pipe. The mom gave birth inside the pipe on Saturday. The owner Hubert Collins was afraid the puppies would drown inside the pipe if it rained. They asked their neighbors for help. Perry Pickering from Bonneau who is a Firefighter with Moncks Corner City Fire Dept. brought his tractor over and started digging the pipe up. He had help from fellow firefighters of Lake Moultrie Fire Dept. Harley Johnson, Michael Martin and Chris Bozek. It was a very extensive rescue. It took one and a half hours. Views: 1320
